Lady Pamplemousse

The White Lady is blushing pink.

This recipe is a modern Fox & Beagle classic that's always a hit at a summer wedding whether served straight up or long with tonic water and mint.

Lady Pamplemousse

25ml dry gin
50ml pink grapefruit liqueur (we prefer Briottet Pamplemousse Rose)
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup (1:1)
tonic water

Shake first four ingredients with cubed ice. Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
