Taking inspiration from the New York Sour. A balance of rich, fruity and spiced notes that is ideal for the Christmas season.

Serve - Ready mixed and stirred down to sipping strength, it is best served straight from the fridge in a chilled Martini or coupe glass.

Garnish - a cocktail cherry, a twist of orange or a sprig of pine tree (don't eat that one).
