Two seasonal flavours work well together in this refreshing highball.
Muddle the cranberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients (except the soda water) and cubed ice. Shake well and strain into a highball over fresh ice. Top with soda water.
Pine Syrup - Combine equal parts sugar and water and a handful of pine needles and steep for at least two hours. Strain and keep (in the fridge) for up to two weeks.
